Marketplace Commission Fee Structure
Starting from Thursday, 1st June 2023 (09:00 WIB), TikTok Shop will make an important adjustment to the Commission Fee structure.
The current Sales Fee of 1.00% and Flat Fee of Rp2.000,- per valid order will be replaced with a new Marketplace Commission Fee according to the cluster, category and subcategory of the SKU sold on TikTok Shop.
What is Marketplace Commission Fee?
Marketplace Commission Fee* is an amount charged to all sellers in Indonesia based on the item price of a product. *inclusive of VAT tax

Before 1st June 2023 (09:00 WIB) | The Commission Fee includes a Sales Fee of 1% + a Rp2.000,- per valid order. |
After 1st June 2023 (09:00 WIB) | As part of our commitment to continuously serve and to provide a better experience for our sellers, we will be introducing a new Marketplace Commission Fee in Indonesia. The Marketplace Commission Fee will be calculated according to the cluster, category and subcategory of the SKU sold on TikTok Shop. This fee will be on a valid order basis. |
How is the Marketplace Commission Fee calculated?
The commission fee is calculated from the item price, minus any seller discounts. Shipping fee and TikTok Shop platform discounts are not included as part of the calculation of the commission fee.

How will I know what the Commission Rate % for my product, since it is calculated according to the cluster, category and subcategory of an SKU sold on TikTok Shop?
